I'm so sad they've canceled Life on Mars. I really like the American version of the show, but at the same time it wouldn't have been good to keep it going forever and ever as all American shows tend to do.

I love the interactions of the characters especially of Sam and Annie. I think they did a great job with the cast and thank God it'll be wrapped up unlike Pushing Daisies. :(

What a weekend. I was supposed to go out and party yesterday and nothing came of it except a major tantrum from me to my friends. I had three reasons for blowing up: 1. I needed a drink (work is stressing me out, major funder coming in on Tuesday for a site visit and we are understaffed!); 2. I miss hanging with my girls; and 3. how am I going to put myself out there if my friends keep canceling on me!

Tonight I was supposed to go to Jersey to a surprise birthday dinner, but because of the snow and cold ass weather my bestfriend and I concluded my ass should stay in.

So here I am playing Mahjongg. Been playing for over three hours. I've gone through lots of layouts, but I've been stuck on one and instead of cheating by asking for a hint or reshuffling, I've just asked to restart the game. I'm up to my 7th try.

I've contemplated putting on a movie like The Motorcycle Diaries which I've had for almost 3 months from Netflix, but I'm just not in the mood for that. I don't know why I haven't just sent it back! Maybe b/c I've sent back just about every other movie I've received as of late. I'm more into tv than anything else.

Life can't get any better than this.

New Year's Resolutions:

1) Post more on LiveJournal.
2) Watch half of Buffy. Last year I said all seasons and that was VERY unrealistic especially with a new job and a banging social life!
3) Keep up with reading one book a month!

There's nothing like watching Pride & Prejudice on YouTube as you work. :)
